Zabeel prince in the 5.15 in Ireland looks to have an outstanding chance.
I think Come on Linda will run well from a high draw in Newcastle’s 6.30
Good look Fat Jockeys
Gl today. Mohaather was certainly eye-catching at Ascot, not sure he was that eye-catching to justify 15-8 favourite.

Hannon holds him in high regard and says he’s took him away for a few bits of work so no worries about fitness. Could make a break through in group company this year.

Khaddem 10/1 was my ante post play immediately after RA. The weather forecast have me little hope during the week but the ground is doing out nicely.
Bless Him was a rash bet and one I regret. He won't be winning today.
Took 7/1 last night on Jonah Jones in the spring handicap. Might throw a few shackles on Robert Cowells horse too at huge prices.
Good luck all.

...Placepot up at Newmarket (2 units). 4 favourites out the frame and it only paid £24. A sign of Lockdown, very disappointing return but that’s racing.
Thought Blackheath was one to take out the Bunbury Cup. A big price but it was making ground on the rails before getting checked and dropping out. One to watch if it gets into cavalry charge sprint handicaps this summer.Last edited by Eggs; 11 July 2020, 08:01 PM.

Not that much jumping out today. I wanted to take Eastern Voice in the 2.40. He has form to win but I like to look for alternatives when a maiden has had a few chances. Joseph’s Dense Star is the one I’m siding with.
I also thought Florence Thompson would get into the places in the 3.30 at Dundalk. Ran ok on debut and should improve for that. Favourite takes up most of the market so she’s a decent price. Probably a place 3 places bet

I've had an ew bet on lope y Fernandez today, very surprised at his odds of 25/1. I thought he quickened up like a good horse in the Irish guineas before failing to see out the mile and tiring late on, and looking at that race you would imagine 7f is his perfect trip. IMO its easy to put a line through his run at ascot, it came only a week after he finished tired at the curragh, it was over 6f which IMO is just short of his best trip and he was also drawn on the wrong side in stall 1. I think conditions are perfect for him today and he's had a decent break since ascot.

Just spotted Monarch of Egypt is running at 17:30 Dundalk this evening.
Now interesting he's up in trip to 1m2f.
I made the case after the Irish Guineas that I thought he was one I'd really fancy UP in trip. That was against the grain it seemed on here and to his credit, he did run well to be 2nd at Royal Ascot in the Jersey over 7f...
However, I'm going to have to go with my gut and I'll be disappointed if he can't claim his 1st win since his debut.
He's only 4/5 and up against Siamese for J.Murtagh who seems to train the winner of every race I watch... but I really hope he puts in a big performance.

Love the eurovision - had my biggest ever single event stakes on a few yrs ago (when israel won) - was deep on france but traded out for only a small loss (most other results would have decimated me)
Last yr it coincided with a wedding - a few of use skipped out on the speeches to watch it

I don't normally bet during the week unless there are big meetings taking place but noticed that Open Wide is running tomorrow in the 1.35pm at Windsor so I've had an EW bet. He was a horse I had my eye on for the Wokingham but was not entered. His 2 runs this year haven't been great so he's been dropped 4llbs. If he can return to anywhere near the same form as last summer he will have a great chance at a course he clearly likes. He has form figures of 122223312 at Windor. I can still see 15/2 with a couple of firms but looks like as if he is now shortening.
