The Irish bookies have it a lot shorter .
Took the 9-1 Sky 4pts win.
I think the run at dundalk showed that a drop in trip and a decent draw here means it has a decent chance.
21 runners though so won't be easy.Last edited by charlie; 10 June 2020, 09:19 AM.

Richard O'Brien talked him up on twitter the other day and posted a video of Golden Valour working with and holding his own with Chessman (101). If he handles the turf then he could be seriously well handicapped and the money coming is noticeable
Let's hope for a decent run for our money!

Looks one to follow for next time though as made up decent ground and went wide for most of the way, and unlikely to get any extra weight.

Thursday he has a horse called "Broughtons Gold" entered at Newbury in the 2.40 with Atzeni jocked, his last race on the Aw was average at best and doesn't excite too much, but his debut start on the turf (came 4th) increases enthusiasm some what. The horses are rated as such
1st 80
2nd 81
3rd 89
5th 90
6th 80 before going USA
7th 75
8th 89
9th 73
This lad has a mark of 71 and whilst this 6f on firm ground could be a tad sharp for him he looks well treated going forward.
Any thoughts flat rats?

6.45 lingfield. Historic Heart.
Ran really well before weakening on soft ground in a curragh maiden. Not beaten far by the likes of Sunday sovereign, Arizona, Aligator Alley and Prince of Naples. William Hill have him priced up at 33/1 in a pretty average maiden. The trainers horses aren’t running particularly well, although he’s had a winner since racing resumed. I’ll take a chance at that price.
