I think Saxon Warrior put up Brentford Hope after this run.
Superb. May well end up over hurdles!
I've parted with some cash on him though, I think this was very taking!

Derby and Oaks provisionally planned for 4 July.
Application made to local authority for approval (road/footpath/public bridleway closures etc), seems certain to be approved.
You’d have to think with all the detailed planning going on for specific races that government discussions, and indeed approval, are at an advanced stage...

I haven’t given the race much/any thought but I wouldn’t have thought many Derby hopes make their racecourse debuts at Wolverhampton.
Personally I’ll let racing restart and a few of the hopefuls to show what they’ve got before I get involved and if that means missing a price so be it...

Waldgeist, Arc winner.
Waldlied, easy winner of 3yo group 2 before never being seen again.
Waldstern, after not living up to his debut promise, he still is 107 rated.
Chances are he'll end up some form of useful anyway. I missed Rowlands article on his bare performance timewise!
Not sure i'd be too worried about Pinatubo for this tbh.
Worth noting TKP, Gosden did in Feb he'd love to get another novice race into Waldkonig...so he just need some more course experience.Last edited by jack1092; 18 May 2020, 01:16 PM.

Military March 12/1 and Brentford Hope 33/1 both ew. Both looks like likely runners think both represent good value.
Can't see Pinatubo in the line up come the day
