Land of Oz is my early selection. He ran a nice race at Chelmsford yesterday, will improve for the step up in trip and goes really well for Luke Morris (form figures 8111312), who is booked to ride already.

If yesterday was the pipeopener, then I'm expecting him to put up a good show next week.

Even if it was not the greatest of races he’s still won it in effortless fashion. You can only beat what’s in front of you at the end of the day. You won’t get 9/2 on the day, I’d say more like 11/4. What price would you make him out of interest Jack?

Yeah he won great, as i said! With Frankie on board he probably won't, but have you looked at his form. Going into a grade1 at the price he is, i'd want more than "you can only beat what's in front of you". That's just me though, and i hope he wins for the story. On form why should be any shorter than Glass Slippers?

Interest PPBF shirking Arizona. Cut into an industry shortest 7s this morning - 14s with Sky. In a race that tends to have a fairly small field that price could look big next week.

SkyBet are now owned by the same company as PP/BF (seemingly not many have clicked to this fact yet), so just be wary where either or are standout, despite the other being short. They won't care which bookmakers stacks up the liabilities if they know or are aware the horse isn't going to run.

I wouldn't put it past them wanting to urge people on to play with SkyBet, when PP/Betfair look as though they know the horse is going to run, if that makes sense.

This is just a warning, but obviously if your gut is telling you the horse is going to make then of course play

I am with you on this, with Glass Slippers price comparison to Sceptical.

I would also throw in Oxted as well, who was travelling and winning very easily at 5F last week, before being pushed out at the end of the 6th and final furlong of the Group 3 Abernant Stakes.

Cheers COD that's a handy reminder as I do recall reading about it but hadn't actually realised the deal had completed.

TBH in this instance my post was more about PP being short rather than Sky being big (if that makes sense). There are a couple of other lesser known firms offering 14s and Hills are 12s so my post was more about highlighting that PP seem keen to be short, rather than Sky hanging out a leg with an industry standout, which they aren't.
