P S. I didnt have a penny on either. Sort of wished I'd gone against my principles and backed the 2nd at 150/1 after Saxon flagged up the stall 10 stat but hey ho, that's life.

Where did he get a gash from? No post race comments I can see and have watched the break several times and can’t see anything of note.

He looked to have the perfect position the whole way round and just wasn’t good enough to me.

If he did then yes probably impacted his chance but I don’t know where it came from haha

I heard about the injury last night, it explains a lot.

That looks nasty.

Looking at the start again, MacSwiney was pulling for his head, went in behind Bolshoi Ballet, his head went up and he seemed to be pulled off Bolshoi Ballet at that stage.
