Saw the new video about WW's Ascot team and took it that kaufymaker and golden bell were the ones that worked best in the training that was recorded on camera.

Only thing is KM's sole run was only over 4.5 furlongs. Another 1.5 is still the unknown, what's WW's record like in the Coventry?

I suppose it's reassuring for backers that she's a filly as that's what WW specialises in at ascot
EDIT - just listening to the Betfair podcast and Kevin Blake put up a stat that WW has only had winners at Ascot over 5 furlongs, nothing beyond. He did quantify that by saying WW is getting a better class of horse into his yard nowadays so it may just be a matter of time to put that stat to bed

He must be fairly bullish about her getting 6f as surely the Queen Mary, the race he mops up usually, would be her target if not

I see castle star has been taken out as well, that's me back to the drawing board for the Coventry.

MC Muldoon and saldier interesting for the long distance races on Tuesday

            Stratum - Ascot gold cup
Rayapour, saldier, MC Muldoon, royal illusion declared for the long distance races on Tuesday, some of the 4 will probably run on the Saturday as well

Richard Fahey had this to say about his Coventry Stakes entry and 2 time winner Vintage Clarets.....

“He’s right up with the best two-year-olds I’ve trained. He’s a Royal Ascot colt, for sure.”

I think he's more likely to run in the Arkle

Added saldier at 10s for the copper horse handicap

Think the 1m6f will suit him better than the marathon ascot stakes

As many will know, Bless Him has been a cliff horse of mine since he won the Britannia in 2017.

He has a load to do at the ratings but the Ascot straight mile on decent ground with Jamie Spencer in the plate is exactly what he needs. I couldn't resist an each way bet at 50s. The favourite obviously needs to underperform but if he does I want Bless Him onside.

Sir Busker is another I like so I'll be going double handed and be looking for extra places on Tuesday.

I'm hoping for another Accidental Agent!

I'm looking at Prince Eiji e/w for the first race with the ground looking as if it'll be G-F.

Just a small stake mind at the moment but definitely the potential for something at bigger price to fill the places in that field

Suesa for the Commonwealth Cup is my only play so far. Really like her. She looks well above average in what might be a weak renewal.

As a side note, how time flies.. it’s been a YEAR since that great day with Art Power. Probably my favourite betting race of the year outside of that Wednesday or Cheltenham this year

The horse he comfortably beat last time giving away a double penalty won easily today at Nottingham, Love De Vega.
