Liked the look of Castle Star in the curragh marble hill stakes today, not buying the pundit's view that masseto could have caught him if he'd not got stuck in behind a few others.

Both will be of interest in the 5/6 furlong races at Ascot but hoping castle goes for Coventry and Cadamosto goes for norfolk

After Rohaan won at Haydock on Saturday beating dragon symbol by a nose, I'm scratching my head at B365 keeping Diligent Harry priced at 16/1 for the commonwealth cup, so I've went in on him again.

Yes, I'd like DH to have another run before Ascot but weather is clearly preventing that at the moment as he's been scratched from the Carnarvon previously and the race Rohaan won on Saturday due to the soft conditions but he was only having his third career run when he finished a short head behind Rohaan at Lingfield in March. In comparison, Rohaan was in his 10th race when they met and has now run another 3, winning 2 of them. Improvement surely beckons for DH. If it came up truly soft as Ascot, it might be an issue given he's been taken out of a few races due to that but Cox and Kirby think highly of this guy so he's value on B365 when he's 10/1 elsewhere.

Really looking forward to this year's commonwealth cup and am adding DH into a few each way doubles and Trixie's with a few Cheltenham picks too.

Also, just saw AOB quoted as saying Love due to rock up at Prince of Wales stakes at RA, should be a good matchup against Lord North if both turn up.

Dual Classic-winning filly Love looks set to make her seasonal return in the Prince of Wales’s Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Did he say anything about tiger moth?

I see he's entered in the Hardwicke and is of interest to me at 7s

Yesterday was clearly a prep for something

But he also has an entry in the curragh Cup over 1m6f so I'd want a stable hint that he was going to ascot

He mentioned coronation at Epsom or Hardwicke for Broome, so that might influence where Tiger moth goes. He did say something regards TM on rte before the race yesterday but I can't remember it now. To be honest, he wasn't really giving anything away (typical) so it probably wouldn't have been anything earth shattering!

I looked online to see if I could find it but couldn't. Only thing I found that might interest you is a quote from march where he said they didn't see him as a stayer so that might mean Hardwicke, given the shorter distance, link below.

He says they don't see him as a stayer but they still entered him in the gold cup

He chats a load of rubbish most of the time trying to sell the party line

id have tiger moth as a much better horse than Broome who has won some poor races

Her price will be slashed if she's seen trotting within 50 miles of an airport!

Did you see the WW update a few weeks back on atr?

Very happy to hear that the Commonwealth Cup is still likely for Supremacy and that his blood readings were not quite right possibly being an explanation for his very poor comeback run.

The Lambourn trainer is a regular in the Royal Ascot Winner’s Enclosure and his team is led by two-pronged attack on Tuesday’s Group 1 sprint.
