Well that was a decent start

Happy enough with the place money but hard not to be a bit disappointed. I thought he was drawn well enough to be ridden prominently and make use of his fitness. Being held up off a crawl wasnt what I was hoping for but what can you do. He finished full of running, and I think the jockey realised a good way out that he wasn't getting to the winner so was just doing the bare minimum to not ruin his mark. You'd imagine he'll be winning a race shortly.

I'll hopefully go a few places better next week.
