Just to update everyone, I think I have three out of four selections. As well as my needlessly restrictive decision to take one horse from each day, I thought it would be nice to link together the daily yankees. So thanks to Wayward LadYosser and Durham Edition I am nearly there....no pressure Irish Rugby but I will wait for your call on the Friday yankee before making my selections final later today.

Good luck Evesham, this is the most interesting one for me

Evening folks, thanks for your contributions and patience whilst I got around to this today.
I have stuck with the concept of a horse from each day, and have tried to find something which draws on the daily yankees and offers FJs the opportunity to choose a win or EW approach.
Tuesday - National Hunt Chase - Transmission - Course form, laid out for the race, and I think with a fair winning chance and excellent prospects of being in one of the five places on offer. Plus, of course, the added bonus of what I am learning on the Novice Hurdlers thread is everybody's favourite jockey. All together now..."Go on Patrick!"
Wednesday - Cross Country - Busselton - Excellent case made by several on this forum, dating back to last year, and of course since selected as the Naiad for 2025's Festival. Has made the Wednesday yankee and was always on my mind to include.
Thursday - Plate - Path D'Oroux - Such a strong profile, he made both the Wednesday and Thursday yankees! I think the trends profile for the horse stepping up in trip to 2m4f has been well highlighted, and Gavin Cromwell's strike rate at Cheltenham/ the Festival is strong. This is one which he seems particularly sweet on and I just think there's plenty of value in the prices still available for a horse which 'on paper' has as good a chance as any in the race (IMO).
Friday - Hunter Chase - Angels Dawn - I had been drawn to Kopeck De Mee and other possible County Hurdle runners such as Kargese/ Valgrand, but true to my plan of drawing from each of the daily yankees, I have selected the 'most EW-able' inclusion from Friday's. I think the horse has a good chance in what is always an open race. Perhaps if you don't like this pick, or want to go EW but not at 4/1 then you could swap in your preferred County Hurdle choice?
Best possible prices are 5/1, 8/1, 22/1, 4/1 using the 365 antepost markets, with the fourfold 6209/1, the yankee at £1 stake returning just over £10k when they all win or £200 if done EW and if only placing. Three places or two winners and we'd be in profit.
365 are again best for NRNB, prices of 5/1, 7/1, 16/1, 7/2 for a 3365/1 fourfold, £1 yankee returns of just over £6k for four winners, £140 for four places and again, profit for three places or two winners.
I'll be doing EW using antepost prices.
Good luck all!
