I feel like kalypsochance is the forgotten horse and a lot of recency bias is for those at the top of the market. If he put up the performances he did in the few weeks rather than at the start of the season pretty much, I think he'd be much shorter. He's the E/W banker of the meet imo

You're saying there is no way there are 3 horses that could finish in front of him, whilst he's 7/1
For starters, there are 3 horses already shorter in the market that will likely run
If you can't find a 7/1 shot with a better chance of placing than Kalypso'chance I think you're going to struggle
The bumper as well, feck me.
I'm not meaning to be disrespectful at all, I just think this is nonsense
For example on the same day I'd give better 'banker each way shouts' to Marine Nationale and The Yellow Clay
and FWIW I agree with the forgotten horse and the recency bias .... it's more just that the bumper is fucking impossible

I don't not like him and you're right he'll be a similar price
Was just being pedantic about the fact he's not an ew banker relative to other markets logically
But there is more to this fans than them finishing in SP order of course
Best of luck with him!

…..Mullins;
Kaiser Ball put in a very good performance to win the bumper on the same card. He was settled at the rear of the field by Thomas Costello and came through with a lovely even run. He would look like he could go the whole way to be a top-class horse over hurdles and fences with his pedigree. The sire may not be a well-known name in Ireland, but his stats really back up from a small book of mares. He looks like he could step into any of the top-class bumpers for the rest of the season including at Cheltenham.
We were very impressed with Aqua Force who won the bumper in Gowran a couple of weeks ago and she impressed enough that JP McManus stepped in and bought her. She looks a decent prospect to have for jumping in the future.
