JPs looked like he ducked the battle, Robcours came back for more. Think the front 3 are nice enough but not ones I'd particularly be keen on following next year over hurdles.

I actually think Barry Connells worth marking up there, providing he settles next time out

Can't take to Connell so I rightly or wrongly don't take to his horses either. I think he should have won there from his position 100yds out. He'll win next time out though.

I’d say those first three might reappear at Punchestown but won’t be going anywhere near the Cheltenham.

Elliott said "He's a nice horse and he's going to come on plenty from that. I wouldn't be shocked if he ended up going for a Cheltenham bumper.

"He's definitely going to stay down the bumper route, there's a lot of improvement in him.

"He could definitely (go out in trip in time)."

I don't think he'd have the pace, but showed a good attitude today.

Yeah I like the attitude. It was the same with Skylight Hustle the other day too. Bit of experience this season and then mid to staying hurdles next season.
