I reckon BDA will go to the mares hurdle next year and Elliott will get the measure of Lossiemouth/Constitution Hill/a n.other to gauge where they go with her in 26

That wasn't Laurina's true running in the Champion Hurdle. She was absolutely electric in the Dawn Run and the races leading up to CH but just didn't fire at all in the race and her form tailed off miserably thereafter albeit for her opening Novice chase. She would have been my biggest winner ever if she had won the Champion Hurdle as I backed her repeatedly before and after her MNH win at all rates down. So disappointed on the day as was virtually counting my money when B D'Air toppled over.

Big day for the Mares market today and all around how BDA performs
IF she wins or runs very well against State Man and in turn they decide to run her in the CH, then I can see the current each way shouts around Kargese and Golden Ace (and maybe others in the market?) half in price today
At the moment 80% of the AP book is taken on the current top two in the betting, with IMO Lossiemouth 95% certain to run in the CH IMO and the other, BDA, race choice at the festival clearly dependent upon todays showing
Add in JDG, who has had a minor setback and to return in the new year, then this equates to over 90% of most books…..so value seekers get on before BDA runs today !
If BDA gets beaten easily and they decide to go to the Mares race then I don’t see the prices of others in the market changing, so you can cash out if betting with certain firms

I really fancy July Flower today and have had some on her for the Mares hurdle too on Betfair.
Quite astounded her price is so big actually, receiving weight from some of these, albeit it is first run of the season, we know Henry can ready them first time up. Last seen when 3rd in the French Champion hurdle beaten 3L by the french superstar Losange Bleu and 1 1/4L behind Hewick. That day she finished infront of Mahler Mission, Home by the Lee, Irish Point albeit that was over 3m1, she does show plenty of pace as seen when again seeing the back end of Losange Bleu over 2m3 in March.

I'd like to think she was just learning her trade, and has improved plenty from there with the results in FR.
