What great news.....

Jade De Grugy Close Brothers Mares' Hurdle, 14-1
She hasn't been seen out yet this season as she got a setback. She'll return in a hurdle race at Punchestown in about ten days' time, the race Annie Power won a few years ago, which we've used before for some of our good mares. I'm very happy with all her homework and she's going for the Mares' Hurdle.

Hopefully not much takes her on so she has a nice easy prep to prime her for Cheltenham

Just having a scroll down the mare's hurdle entries. It's conceivable that at least one of the top two head to the champion and Jade De Grugy has to be 50/50 at best having not been seen. On RPRs the next 3 are Kateira, Jetara and West Balboa. The last one can be easily discounted imo. Kateira is 20/1, Jetara is 66/1 before their meeting today. On the day, both could have a really good chance of placing in the race.

I've taken a small ew on Jetara. She's such an in and out character but has some talent and was going off at short enough prices in grade 1 novice events last year. Be interesting to see how today goes over a trip that should suit her more than Kateira
