  • Continuing to back Dinoblue and not been drawn in by the hype on the rest looks a really good decision here. Just got to hope she stays now...

Will go off a short priced fav again. And more than likely the most important horse of my week

    • Fan club of one. Topping up on ADV. receiving weight from dinoblue over further. This year, must be her chance

      • Dancing city really that good a thing for the BANC??

        • I was quite happy taking on the top of the market with Only By Night, Spindleberry and Bioluminscence at bigger prices. Now I feel like I won't even have a runner in this race

My biggest win is a double BDA in mares hurdle and dinoblue in mares chase. Lately been just on ADV and largely forgotten about that one

Just the deluded ones that didn’t back Ballyburn and are clinging onto false hope

I suspect most have DC at very nice prices and are entitled to like how things look though I haven’t seen a single comment from anybody saying he’s a good thing. Much less deluded chasing Ballyburn round from the Champion Hurdle (yes there will be plenty on here that backed him) to the Turners(followed by hundreds hoping they’ll get a refund) to the Arkle (what’s gonna beat the highest rated hurdler right) to the BANC (it was obvious all along he’s a 3 miler). Even have some that think he might switch back to the Arkle. But hey let’s call DC backers deluded

                    Very good sir.

                    • What are the views on Bioluminescene after yesterdays run? Do we think that's Cheltenham out of the equation now? I was surprised they elected to run yesterday altogether

I can't believe they'd be anything other than disappointed with the run, to get picked up so easily you'd have to question whether she is a genuine graded horse in open company.
I thought Dancing City only did what he had to when they met at Naas too.
Gavin has always said she needs deep ground and although none of us have an accurate 3 week weather forecast day 4 is unlikely to produce that, I'd say it was always unlikely she was coming over and even less so now...

Yeah been quiet on here regarding her since yesterday

Was a really poor run even taking into consideration the weight she was conceding.

I'd said previous that Derek said further the better, softer the better, and that might not be far off but all in all it was very underwhelming. She would have been a good ride for him in the NHC thats for sure

How do backers of her feel? Their opinions may be different?

                            • I think they'll put Bioluminescence up in trip now and you'll start to see her in the staying handicap chases in Ireland. She should have been entered in the NHC and Kim Muir but I don't think you'll see the best of her until she's in races like the Thyestes and possibly the Irish National if she gets her ground.
