I’m not sure if I missed something but was kargese not mentioned in the Mullins stable tour as a possibility for going chasing? I know Kenny Alexander said a few weeks back that it would likely be Kargese staying over hurdles and JDG going chasing, but then Willie said the opposite last week. Just wondering was there any other info that has come to light that makes you confident she stays over hurdles?
Well one can’t be too confident at this stage with Mr Mullins!! But I am fairly confident that should Lossie prove to be CHurdle class, which I think she will, then Kargese will be his main hope in the Mares.
It would be a blow if they decide to go chasing but she’s still young and hopefully they will stay hurdling this season.
Huge thanks for this! It’s hard work isn’t it narrowing it down to four when there’s so many great arguments put forward every month!
You’ve saved me a job today so I’m especially grateful. All very fair choices too I’d say. And a nice juicy price if we can even find just a double.
Cheers MOM
yes it’s hard getting down to 4, but I did enjoy the challenge.
Now it’s seeing how many make the festival, and in the chosen races.
I would settle for two right now, more would be a right bonus!!
