  • What's the point Nobody who normally rides for the yard wanted a go and a bloke who made his fortune punting can't have fancied it enough either if it can go off that price. At this point it's just funny. Spend all year going over it then an unraced 100/1 guffs the lot.

Golden Horn is a stallion to follow for NH
2 winners for golden horn this week and east india dock in third

To say I'm glad I didn't have a bet in that race would be an understatement

Congrats on the huge priced winner. No idea why you backed it but 270 winner is crazy. The layer probably crying right now.

I split a tenner between 3 before the race aswell, feel disgusted with it lmao

Still feels like a loser though as was waiting on Lulamba for a good bit and was leg 3 of a big 4 fold waiting on GDC, so bit subdued.

At least I was right though, Lulamba kicked EID out the way

So you backed the flat handicapper hurdling debutant but you've been dead against East india dock

EID is his own horse, beating fred winter ballbags all year, like i said. He performed better than I expected so give him credit.

              Poniros was purely blind luck.

              • Jockey didn't go hard enough on EID

Hes a stayer he needed to have the race won turning in

He was never going to win a turn of foot competition

                  Poniros is muggy punting.
he's exactly the same type of horse as EID which is why I'm surprised you backed him.
But fair play on the winner

I think Opec not taking taking him far enough into the race is partly why he's lost that. I think they expected her to set a real gallop before dropping off 2 out. She's not made it a mile in and her pace dropped for the final couple of furlongs she was leading.

Its a bag of scampi fries

In a week full of surprises.

Like I said, EID i seen the evidence of his hurdling and what he beat, hence my opinion on him.

                      Poniros was a lucky punt.

It maybe muggy punting, but I’ve see it before at the festival and the exchanges are there for anyone to have a pop

I think you might be missing the point I was raising with Jim.
I'm not critical of having the winner.
I'm suggesting he's bet a horse the exact same type hes been very much against.
and comes and after times it when his french fancy got beat
I expect he also backed woodhooh at big prices too

sorry should I run it through you the next time before I place a bet? I'll be posting my winners up on my twitter if you think I'm lying or whatever bollocks.

I didn't do a diary this year due to work commitments and wouldnt have the time to keep it updated.

And for the 3rd time, Poniros hasn't been beating fred winter horses that I've continuously said all season was the case with EID, and this was correct. Like I re-iterated aswell, it was a lucky punt for a bag of chips.

FWIW, Yeah I did back Wodhooh, at 12/1. Sorry am I only allowed 1 horse in a race?

I just think its pointless you posting about it when youve been against the same type of horse who has shown substantial form.
You got it wrong , move on
