My comment was based on NH qoutes in the RP that he could not fathom why one is 7/4 and the other was 16s which caused Palladium to shorten, not by weight of money but on his comments.

If someones sending you 1.4m horses you'd be pretty daft to talk it down to the media,better to play it up a little knowing whatever happens you'll have a horse for Ascot.
End of the day choose what to believe for yourself really.
My guess is they show something closer to each other at home than we saw on the racecourse, which prompted his comments.

Then when he settles and allows him to run normally, he pulls him to the inside up the straight.

I'd have more sympathy with connections and the jockey if he was up with the pace and keen, but not holding him up off steady enough gallop.
They should trust the horse a little more and let him run. If he runs away then fair enough, but once they gathered the pace and he settled better he behaved perfectly fine.
He might not be that good though, I get that.
