I know it’s life and we are all adults here but this is hard enough as it is. GL to you all that have invested, one way or another this feels like a future case study in waiting.
Either way, as you say it will be good to understand why the move has happened when he makes his UK debut

The only possible thing I can think of outside of pulling up trees is if the bookies are trying to hedge their bets a bit but even that seems weird because surely it would be done with every popular horse and I don't remember anything like this happening before.

Hopefully lulamba fairs slightly better

The following year was my first doing antepost properly too, but I was on here at the time as I remember all the excitement similar to what's happening now with lulamba.
Wouldn't be the biggest shock if lulamba was turned over too, especially if sauvignon runs for nicholls. He was a nice sort in france and is more experienced, so if lulamba jumps anything like sir gino did on debut then i could see sauvignon besting him.
Edit- sauvignon jocked up for huntingdon on friday so doesnt look like he'll have to face much.Last edited by riccirich; 8 January 2025, 08:43 PM.

One of the biggest, pre debut gambles, on an ante post market, in such a short space of time, I think I've ever seen!Last edited by ComplyOrDie; 9 January 2025, 11:41 AM.

"He's done everything nicely, and it's now time to get him out there and see what he's capable of.
"He won a race in France and he's been here since September. He's done really well physically and he's a fine, big horse."
Schrodingers horse - exists at Nicky's in September but wins for another trainer in early October.
