  • Yeah I'd say Cod summed it up.

They'll wish they could tie his knackers back on

    • Well, it won't be Ambiente Amigo from the James Owen yard winning this race, although stablemate, Opec, ran out a ready winner. The proximity of Prairie Angel has him well behind East India Dock anyway!

        I wouldn't trust the Joseph horse's form.

        • Ambiente Amigo is way too keen and can't jump. Apart from that

Can't imagine that's even a 110 performance from Opec even.

Yep used far too much during the race

Ive also seen it mentioned a few times that the stables runners are running below par lately, possibly premature to write off?
Yeah he missed the tapes up so was left 15l last, but as others have said he is usually held up and you could describe that as being excessive.
He got two flights wrong down the back straight but was still travelling strongly coming round the bend when he met traffic multiple times, but there's no question he should have been good enough to navigate his way round and past.
I have no idea how deep that ground was but I wouldn't dismiss him entirely from the Triumph, but with one blot on the copybook there has to be a chance they start to lower their sights and create a path to a handicap...

The miracle was still happening at 1800 as it’s still up on Bet365.

                    • James Owen has had everyone's pants down there. I am glad i resisted. He was given a funny ride by Nico De Noodle but the horse just found nothing. Can't see any improvement coming from anywhere. Nowhere near enough anyway. Scratch

                      • Didn't and haven't backed it.
But the jockey on Lavender Hill Mob should be done for non trying IMO.
He'll blame the sketchy jumping and say he went easy, but he was not trying up the straight.

Yep, that was categorically schooling in public.

Yeah I didn't even know whilst watching.
                              Ban the posh boy.
Any younger jockey would be done for that.
He at least needs bringing in for some questions.

His arms barely moved approaching the last, and after the last.
He got up for second with barely any hands and heels.
