Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Only having a laugh. What you need to know is , apart from when I go racing and the GN, the only bets I make all year are for one week in March only. Festival winning form for me is absolute tops so hence why I'm not a fan of Bon Jovi. That said, this year he has the best chance ever of breaking his duck. If he doesn't win this year then it'll never happen for him.

I know mate, it’s all good fun.
None of us know what’s going to happen in March
And yes absolutely it’s his best chance.
          We shall see.

          • Marine Nat is a horse I had kind of written off, but after a discussion and looking at his form this season and how he seems to be improving race to race, I’ve now got him onside. He’s obviously being trained to peak in March and that looks very likely to happen imo.
            Think 12 nrmb is fair.
Just one fly in the ointment left now I think …. IEF.
            Will worry about him later.
Happy with Jonbon, Solness and MN for now

            • A horse showing improvement and with festival form while other protagonists fall by the wayside, and a concern whether IEF can go out in front at 2m pace. It's also Cheltenham, not Kempton. As for Solness, it will be some training to have him fully tuned. He's certainly put in the performances this season but can he keep it up?

                Not sure re Solness either
But he was largely ignored Saturday, and agin delivered.
Luckily I didn’t ignore him, and I’m not doing that in March!!

                  • The 2 miles of the old course will suit his run style perfectly too

                    • ….Kevin Blake makes a case for FAF, currently 33-1 NRNB;

‘The Joseph O’Brien-trained Solness makes plenty of sense at his price having found improvement from nowhere and won his last two starts in Grade 1 company in game front-running style. However, what about the Gordon Elliott-trained FOUND A FIFTY who gave Solness 7lb and narrowly beat him in the Fortria Chase at Navan just a couple of short months ago?

Now, one could argue that Solness was unlucky having been hampered by the winner at the final fence, but the Elliott team strongly felt that Found A Fifty’s idling tendencies masked his superiority.

Now, one has to forgive a very poor effort from him in the Paddy's Rewards Club Chase at Leopardstown’s Christmas meeting, but he is set to be sent to Cheltenham as a fresh horse and in a race that could throw up a shock, he isn’t the maddest shout at a very big price.’

                        23s Ryanair

                        • Im looking at some longer priced ones in this to run 3rd 4th...which ones are guaranteed to run? Found a fifty might do Ryanair. Anyone can think of more..or ones definetly running?

The reigning champ? Henry says he comes here and is coming to himself so why not? The race does look a little deeper this year but those at the head of the market can all have an off day, so it's feasible to have a big priced horse running into a place.

                                Yep

A long time since I actually put the leg-work in, but backing previous festival winners blindly each way was a profitable thing to do, and it's such a good starting point.
