William Hill block their site when you're abroad but maybe Paddy or 365 might be ok to watch it when abroad? Not exactly a great viewing experience but it would do if no other options

You should be able to access betfair exchange, I can throughout US, and you can watch the race on there...

Edit - Bayoffreedom may be able to give you some guidance....

I used to work in Jersey City. Think you should be able to watch on TVG i see they have Wincanton and Newcastle for example https://www.tvg.com

You need a VPN. Betfair, Paddy, Skybet, Willhill, Spreadex all ok but 365 a no though you may be able to access in NJ as they're licenced there. Trick is to use data on your phone and NOT log in on any wifi.

No, my VPN works ok with FJ. But when using wifi, the FJ site sometimes gets identified as dodgy!
