Really pleased with the Il Est Francais performance today with a view to the Ryanair, as I'm on at 33's but at the same time I'm absolutely gutted he got caught! Had a fair few roll ups with him that just got done!

Nightmare stuff
He's one I put up early on too but cashed him with the bleeding
Unreal display from him today though, that was great to see, gutting he got caught after running like that for 2m7 even without any money down on him.
Trainer mentioned could even go champion chase with him due to his jumping so is something to keep a listen out for.
Ruby strongly in favour of Gaelic Warrior coming here on this weeks Road To Cheltenham
I'd say they're confident that Energumene despite his age but with the benefit of still being lightly chased, and of course having El Fab, can represent the yard. Not forgetting Gentlemen De Mee. The DRF will tell us more.

The scenes if this happens after I covered Gaelic champion chase rather than ryanair in pretty much every bet I've had since end of October...
I'd say Gaelic goes champion chase if fact to file goes ryanair. He should go ryanair other than that, but he'll only go that route if he loses over 2m at DRF and/or energumene beats jonbon in the Clarence house (as I've said all along to be fair with much moaning about why it doesnt/didn't seem to be happening )
Can only see the headline in RP, saying Lhomme Presse may consider this race, one of the first I backed, as think it would be ideal. Has anyone read the full article?
There's gotta be some value in this race with some not having appeared yet so dunno about their wellbeing and others probably going to the champion chase.

The only two I can see for value might be Found a fifty 25/1 & Djelo 20/1
If Fact to file turns up here though he would be a hot short fav.

Big IF, but IF Il Est Francais & Fact To File both turn up I'd say you'll only be playing for one place!
Will be difficult to fill that final spot, Protektorat the current champion is still 25's too.

Found A Fifty is back out to 25's as well.
It's a difficult race to work out, IMO.
Similar to my thoughts. Usually a race that falls apart but one that has the potential to be top drawer - as such, difficult to bet antepost as the main players are v short. One on my radar is Heart Wood. Was tanking round the bend in the Savills before running out of steam.
The more I think about it the more I believe IEF will take his chance in the Champion Chase. He could quite easily take that race apart the way he runs and the way he jumps.
The race already looks like cutting up a fair bit and there are Q marks over all the other runners.
