      • Excellent news should make the prices better for Lossie now.

Would make sense why Danny got bad rides on Day 1, gets the ace in the Champion instead. She'll hopefully drift too, as Q mentioned above.

                  • Moment of truth time, if Lossie gets beaten by State Man here, and she's already been beaten by Constitution, despite the "She never ran her race" cobblers, she'll be going to the mares.
Best of luck all who've got her covered for March (Myself included)

Hoping Patrick gets sent to the shops while they're sorting out who rides what myself.

                      • Genuine question Quevega would you still back her with Patrick on board?

I know he’s not ‘that’ bad but I just don’t like him when you’ve Danny there who’s far superior.

Depends on the price, but yes.
If she drifts to second favourite odds against.
What would annoy me though is if after all the shite Willie and co talked the last day about Lossie not going the pace cos of how she'd been used to going slower over further.
They then go no fucking gallop on Sunday.
Which is entirely possible looking at that field.
I'd hope Daddy Long Legs makes the running and sets a decent tempo, so we find out who is the better horse going forward.

Agree about the pace element, I said as much for not going the international. Coming here means WPM can ensure a decent pace to know if she is Champion Hurdle quality of 2m. As you say, waltzing round and sprinting will prove zero for March!

The problem is that scenario is what State Man wants to perform at his best. Might be a race that is nothing like the Champion Hurdle in March.

True, I’m basing WPM dictating a decent pace in the Irish as surely likely to get that in March.

Otherwise what’s the point in talking all the crap about Lossiemouth not having gone decent 2m pace before. If the waltz round they’ve learned nothing.
