Didn't they say he'd go straight there at one point though ?
Doubt Saturday will tell us anything other than he's still alive though.
They said, we may well go straight there, but if he is telling us he wants another run we may do that and go to trials day.
Seems he’s showing them he wants another run.
Yes, we should not get told anything Saturday , but it’s likely to get him spot on for March one would think.
Yeah think they now show it for the first and 2nd run (possibly the 3rd run as well). I don't think they tell you if there's been multiple ops on a horse though.
Cheers Denman, just threw me as was looking at another horse that'd had a wind ops form and it didn't show the w2 thing in their form (Arizona Cardinal), apologies for wrong ending the stick and causing anyone a headache.
I do find it odd still, just say if they've had a wind op once and we can work out the rest for ourselves.

Race is shit but doesn't matter as really looking forward to seeing him in the flesh again Saturday. Need to really take in those days watching the greats.

Yeah, that’s something to look forward to, envious!!
Latest from Willie ref Lossiemouth. Seems Champion Hurdle remains the plan.
Willie Mullins on why Lossiemouth was not declared for the Unibet Hurdle at Cheltenham on Saturday "I just thought that we've been preparing for two years for the Champion Hurdle and I wasn't sure about a trip across the Irish Sea given the weather is closing in and the forecast. Also the travel complications, which we didn't need. She'll stay at home and I'm happy to go to Leopardstown with her."

There hs goes mentioning the 2 year plan again!
He's stuck by this throughout, that even if she's beat I now think she'll end up in the Champion Hurdle. FWIW I don't think she gets beat at the DRF.
With Willie saying State Man is still their Number 1 Champion Hurdle contender do we still think Paul will ride Lossiemouth at DRF ? I'm certainly not convinced.
I think Paul T will ride State Man in preference to Lossiemouth. He has repeatedly said he has a soft spot for him and with Willie saying he is the stable #1 kinda seals the deal. But something has to give because Paul has ridden both of them consistently for the last three years.

I'm with you. Don't think he'll desert him at DRF but potentially....or should I say hopefully....after !
