TJM out is gutting. Left with just Better Days Ahead. Question now is whether to back Impaire et Passe before the weekend (probably NRNB) or skip him entirely and look at either Dancing City (I think he'll be larger on the day), possibly Jango as a classier option or most likely wait for decs and look at the pace angle. I think we'll have a decent sized field in this so most likely option is to wait now.

Gutted for connections, my slips, and the race itself that The Jukebox Man is not going to make the festival.
He was my banker for pace in the race, now I guess Croke Park & Dancing City will be the prominent ones. Jango Baie, maybe, but he's got to overcome Impaire Et Passe & others at Sandown first, by the sounds of it.

Thought Hendo was saying Jingko was going to be the BANC horse for them and Jango more 2m4?

This could a bit Pie in the Sky but not totally out of the realms...
Impaire Et Passe entered at Sandown on Saturday and has been given a BHA Rating of 157.
If he is beaten or narrowly beats Jango Baie or Kalif in a tight finish and the handicapper leaves him on 157 or drops him a lb or 2, could they go to the Novice Handicap with him, that's his 3 runs and Willie would get him over the distance he wants to run him over for the Festival.
Not Wllie's mo to target (or win) handicap chases, but given his vocal dissatisfaction to the changes, it would be a great 2 fingers to the BHA to go and win it with his Grade 1 2 and half miler anyway.
Not quoted anywhere, but would original bets to win the old Turners stand?
