I thought gericault roque made a satisfactory return from 700+ days off today.
seemed to get tired, which Is understandable.
Has some excellent form in handicap chases, a 2nd in ultima and 3rd in a hennessey.
Down to a mark of 133, can't think that'll change much after today.
today.
Hes 33/1 nrnb with sky for the ultima, I've had a small play on that as surely he'd be shorter if lining up, although I'm thinking his mark might be too low, in which case does this force pipe in to considering the nhchase with him. Still a novice over fences so it's a possibility.

Predicitons before DRF comes and goes in a few weeks
Arkle 1/2/3
BANC 1/2/3
One for the shortlist for handicap chase in between?
Look at you ! you turn up like a trendy substitute teacher, with a goatee and corduroy jacket.
And dish out "fun" homework.
And they all start making lists of names.
Yeah he's not one I'd consider betting without nrnb
But he went off 9/1 the year he finished runner up.
there's also still time for another run, but having returned from such a long lay off I'm not sure how likely that would be.
