Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade
Hello Fat Jockeys,
Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum
We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Kiss Will did survive a final-flight error and regarding that blip, Townend reported “if he’s going to be a good horse, he’ll have to learn how to do that and is going to have to jump at speed. He found a leg, which was good.
“It was a match (with chasing Hello Jack finished third) from the time we jumped off and I had the better of that turning in. He lengthened well up the straight, handled the nicer ground well and showed a little bit more of a turn of foot than I thought, although other people at home had different opinions of him.
“I liked what he did: it was ‘out and get experience’ as much as anything today, and he’ll be an exciting horse with a future.”

Needs to improve, obviously, but no saying he can't. A few of Willies have come on from their debuts tbf.
Edit: Missed that he run and won today, so improvement on LTO. Didn't see the race, so will watch it in a bit.Last edited by ComplyOrDie; 16 January 2025, 06:00 PM.

Jasmin De Vaux potentially going to run in the auction race at Naas the beginning of February.
Race has been won previously by City Island and Journey With Me, although Willie doesn't usually use it for his main Turners hopes.
That said, he'd have to split them somehow.
I'm not saying I'm expecting Jasmin De Vaux to suddenly pop up and win the Turners, but I wouldn't rule out a place, IF he shows huge improvement in the jumping department.

1) Apparently Jasmin suffered an overreach and so they didn't get as much schooling into him prior to the Lawlors as they would have liked.
2) this race fits with Willie's immediate thought to give Jasmin a confidence boosting run next, rather than consider either the drf or direct to Cheltenham.
Maybe useful, maybe useless, maybe something people already know but figured I'd put the info here given it fits with his next target

Did that well I thought, he isn’t half a big old unit!
Got headed after the last, battled back, got bumped (Skelton knew what he was doing the fucker) and still got his head in front.
Did jump right on a few occasions and looked like he’d take a good while to get going. Definitely be seen at his best 3m and a fence.
Only backed him today so will see after that.
