The AB is the only race I'd back him for but that doesn't mean he wouldn't take his chance in the Turners. Willie has won this race and sent horses to both festival races so there is no clear trend.
He's my fav for the Nathaniel Lacy by a long way.
Supersundae would be the 2nd pick.
Had the Bartlett covered for Final Demand after the superb Limerick debut, and he looked nailed on for the NL the moment I watched the race.
(Even covered him for the Turners too, as if he wins as I think he could then he would plummet in the betting for both races).
Hoping Willie has the NL sorted with those."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

Hope I'm wrong, as going for the headgear first time up this season by Willie is not something he normally does, is it?

Have others for Turners, but don't want to miss having decent prices on both races, if he wins the NL well...and I'm waiting for the WPM post-race interview and comments......
In case he says good horses can go any trip, and I don't see the need to go 3M yet"Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

Final Demand will likely be top of my BANC squad for next season. I hate the cliche but this year is filler for him until he goes over the big ones.Last edited by JackieMoon33; 10 January 2025, 11:35 AM.
