What will that make Kopek, if he destroys him?

    • Kopek today, Regents Stroll (I assume he goes off fav for the Challow yet The New Lion and Bill Joyce shorter in the Turners market) and the quartet at Leopardstown on Saturday. Could be some more clarity in the Turners market this week. Could include Potters Charm in that as well as he's popular on here for the Turners.

        When you mean......

        • Has Kopek ever seen a hurdle before?! Did well to win given he did his best to flatten most of them.

          • That ride from Patrick was scandalous. Lit him up straight away. Add 5lb for Paul.

            • That was very impressive considering he hit every single hurdle. What an engine. Ballymore nailed on

              • Will come on for that. Serious engine but get Paul on top. Kawaboomga done well to catch Whinney Hill there.

                • Didn't jump like a supreme horse that's for sure.
Patrick bouncing up and down on his back (out of rhythm) didn't help either.

                  • Some engine Kopek, jumped out left several times and got close to a few, will clearly come on for that,
                    Impressive enough....

                    • Kopek keen all the way and jumps like he's never seen a hurdle before, yet still won with a bit up his sleeve, could be a nice one if they iron out that hurdling technique.
                      Boomga wants 3 miles.

Loads to work on. The potential and engine is there but that hurdling technique is awful at the moment

Absolutely, slower pace and a proper jockey will suit him well.

                            • ….looks like Kopek a best 16-1 Sup, 14-1 Turn after that success.

                              • Mad on here.

Kopek jumped as bad as Jasmin at times, Jasmin picked up better with a turn of foot yet there was some serious negativity about Jasmin, but loads of positive about Kopek.

You can tell who everyone has backed

FWIW I feel there is encouragement for both, going forward. To both win like they did given their hurdling probably screams volumes, IMO.
