The Nice Guy was the 27th November. Only two days but it changes your stats if sticking to the 25th

His first hurdle run wasn't until the January either, don't know if that makes a difference?

Plenty of mine go in the fire to Ista they did last season anyway. Went too heavy on the 3 novice hurdles. Been a bit more conservative this time but bigger stakes

I am going to get Wingmen in the book for the AB but haven't as yet. I'm playing the long game with that race this year. I have him backed for the Turner's, I did that in the summer along with The Yellow Clay. Seems to me that if one steps up it is more likely Wingmen. Any horse that jumps right for me has always been a negative and always will be but Gaelic Warrior bucked that trend last season so I'm more open minded about it now. The Enabler is one I think I can confidently say is down at this point. He looked so good last year too but it is what it is. Got a couple more and will be adding the 2 from yesterday along with Cantico and Joystick

Yeah unless you have cashout the novice hurdles ate a graveyard, got lucky with Bob Olinger a few years ago but that’ll make me about 1-40, do we ever learn ?
              Do we f#%k….

Cash out most certainly isn't all it's cracked up to be nowadays though. Bet365 grey out bets if a horse sneezes. They've greyed out all my Ballyburn BANC bets because he won over 2m3f over the weekend. I wouldn't cash them anyway, but that's not the point.

Betfair are a little bit better though their cash out values are usually a bit lower than Bet365.

Thoughts are you're right to hold off

I 'topped up' before he ran using him for doubles but also TWAF and after 2 flights regretted it

Need to see a BIG improvement next time

Gordy has had better horses than him beaten in an Albert Bartlett

I found this really funny.... probably as I've got him backed at 20/1 and he's double that

Yeah, I weren’t impressed with Wingmen either, but like you say, will see if he improves next run .
Compared to yellow clay, clear difference.

                              • After Mullins stable tour I've gone with Karniquet A/R 15/1 before today's race here's hoping he looks something special.
