I only back a horse in one race ante post, so it's the AB. If he did end up in the Pertemps then I'd weigh that up after the decs. I'm not going to waste a bullet on that ante post though

25/1 and above would be fair.

….worth remembering we can always keep such selections in the Members section until FJs can take advantage of initial prices. I nominated him for this month’s Yankee but only because he was already mentioned in open forum.

Yeah thats a learning curve for me there. I have used it but as he wasn't priced up anywhere I was just throwing his name in. 25/1 isn't dreadful though for a horse on the up with plenty of scope. I will get him in the team all the same.

There is every chance that The Enabler ends up a handicapper still, and more so the Pipe or Pertemps.

Gordon has a fair amount of decent looking bumper horses from last season to split up this season.

                      Romeo Coolio
                      Jalon D'Oudairies
                      The Enabler
                      Wingmen
                      The Yellow Clay
                      Bleu De Vassy
                      Kish Bank

These just ones I have noted, there are probably a few more too.

Patter Merchant is another for Gordon and Giggy.

You could say that 'There is every chance that any novice hurdler ends up a handicapper still'. This year will be more difficult in regard to handicaps with the extra run required.

the only multis I usually do are a 7 fold doubles and trebles. If I was having a wild swipes at a long range cheltenham yankee right now it would go along the lines of

                            Supreme - Salvator Mundi - 20/1
                            C. Hurdle - Constitution Hill - 7/4
                            C. Chase - El Fabiolo - 6/1

The Enabler is due to run on 7th Oct at Fairyhouse. A positive in terms of wellbeing, however is he out early in the season to get the pre requisite number of runs for the Martin Pipe or Pertemps ?
