He Probably only ran in the triumph as an afterthought also, to give the owner a runner after Sir Gino got pulled very late.
    Easily forgiven that run I reckon.
    Completely agree.

    They know what they’ve got with the horse imo. The form is nothing but ideal with Sir Gino coming out after issues and winning at Aintree.

    Yosser is spot on imo with the value comment on what we know. Obviously there are loads of unknowns given barely any of them have jumped a hurdle yet, but I think they rate him pretty highly.

    • Patrick Mullins on Sporting Life 5 to follow said that Salvator Mundi looks Tailor made for the Supreme and he sees Kopek as a staying novice hurdler

        Let It Rain has been very impressive twice and they knew she was a good one the way she was backed on debut ... I'm very close to having a decent go for the Mares Novice... any thoughts guys? .. Spectre any inside info .. ?
        ….from the Skelton stable tour;

        ‘She is very good and is two from two including a listed bumper. We like what we see from her, and she will probably start at Worcester on October 23. We will step her up from there, but she is good, and we are hoping she could be very good.’

        • ….i think it was Saxon Warrior who highlighted Sixandahalf as a possible for MNH after a flat campaign. Looks like it’s the plan according to Cromwell’s stable tour;

          ‘We’ve sent her on a break with a view to starting her over hurdles at Christmas or maybe a little later than that. It’s been unbelievable to watch how she has progressed on the Flat in the last few months considering she was only being broken in this time last year and debuted as recently as March. The level of form she has shown on the Flat makes her an exciting hurdling prospect and you’d have to be dreaming of the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle with her. The one knock on her is that she isn’t overly big, but she’s all heart and has a big engine, so hopefully that won’t hold her back.‘
