Or just soft at 5/4 and heavy at 8/1.
Soft to heavy at 100/1 won’t exist.
If it did, it would be the best 100/1 speculative price in history.

It might well turn out that good to soft is the order of the day, but to call it ‘degenerate’ as a betting opportunity I feel is slightly harsh, in my opinion.
