Fairly keen on Stumptown in the Ultima but have to say that quietly.
    Absurde - County
Langer Dan - Coral Cup but offers little value now (expect drift)
Sa Majeste - M Pipe but that voucher could be more toilet paper come midday...

My Mate Mozzie all year long in the Grand Annual. Fast becoming my Nap of the festival. Graded horse in a Handicap. Hopefully get no more than 3-4 tax today and he's thrown in.

            ….lot of water to go under the bridge before selection day. I’m sure the Review nights will throw up plenty of hype but at this stage I’d throw in a couple for the Boodles that I think still offer a bit of value;

Cossack Chac; accepting he also has the current favourite, this fella is a confirmed runner by JoB, General 16-1.
Nara; JP Mc owned, HdB trained. Not mentioned in the stable tour but one to monitor in coming weeks. 20-1 in a place.

Both are decent on trends and Nara ran in ‘that race’ that previous winners have come from.

Icare Allen in the Pertemps has to be a very strong contender.

May be a while since people watched him qualify, but watch that again, then think about who is training him and who you would rather have send one fresh to the festival?

I don't see how he doesn't finish in the first 4, and I think he's got a monumental chance of winning it

Top four h'cap selections (in order of preference):-
                  Cool Survivor (Kim Muir)
                  Inothewayurthinkin (Ultima)
                  Waterford Whispers (M.Pipe)
                  In Excelsis Deo (Grand Annual)

Still get 33s antepost on B365, if you're up for the risk.

Agree with Icare Allen for the Pertemps also. He was very obvious in the qualifier and looks a very winnable race.

Favour and Fortune in the County I quite like. Will be down the bottom of the weights. Got to go here rather than the Supreme imo. Expect the Irish form of Absurde / King of Kingsfield will be more popular though. Still 40s at the moment I think but that'd probably change if he went and then I may change my mind to be fair...

Maskada in the Grand Annual, won't be for everyone as a repeat winner or off a mark of 150. Although she ran to a higher mark than that in last years renewal. I struggle to see a compelling case for any of the others having too much in hand to be honest, and at least you know what you're getting with her and that the race will suit. She's 20s at the moment and barely getting a mention. Went off similar price last year as well and I don't imagine her being too popular so doubt that'll change much before the selections.

Day off for me today so played catch up. Thanks for the horses so far and knows there will be shit loads over the next 2 weeks (ish). Im thinking more of going down the win route as am not a E/W player myself. But lets see where we are when the time comes so nothing is set in stone.

                          365, antepost.

I've lost my mind and sacked off the NRNB on the handicaps

Yep that’s quite brave for this fella. I like him but not sure he’d run on soft and on quicker the Tuesday would come into play though exchange suggests a decision has been made (though I haven’t heard). Firmly on my radar though so wish you gl.

Ones I like who are still not too short.

                              The Goffer - Ultima
Built By Ballymore - Coral Cup
                              Icare Allen- Pertemps
                              L'Eau Du Sud- County

Could easily switch Goffer with Amirite who I think is still a big price at 16s with 365.
