Thanks guys. Looking forward to it immensely.
And thanks Nwfb89. He has a significantly better chance than his odds imply. The step up in trip is timed specifically, and he has the ground he wants for the first time since his seasonal debut. Being 14lbs wrong with Apple Away is a tall order, but don't expect him to be 14lbs worse than her when they cross the line!Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

Thanks for the words on The King Of Ryhope on Saturday. Harry said he was the only one left on the bridle and he was waiting to pounce. He regrets pulling him out wide just before the last and not committing him to it. He was unbalanced , not on a stride, and wasn't straight approaching it. Given he went through the middle of the fence it's amazing he still managed to finish within two lengths. If he had the race again he would have jumped the last and then either taken a split, or pulled out to go past them afterwards.
Mixed feeling on the result. He could have just won what was a hot Grade 2, but he remains very well handicapped for a valuable handicap chase. He'll skip Cheltenham, it'll come too soon, but we'll definitely be heading to Aintree, and I would expect with a leading chance. The time of the race also suggests there were 4 very smart horses in it. It'll be interesting to see if Simon Rowlands does the race, but if he does hopefully it'll be after he gets his new mark on Tuesday, which I hope is only 2-3lbs more.Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.
