My mate got me on at 8-1 and it will be my only bet of the meeting due to A/Cs.

I would dare bet my last remaining dollar, if it ever came to it, that a bet on the Ultima at this year’s festival wouldn’t be your ‘only bet of the meeting’. I would suggest there’s more chance that I myself will pick the winners of all 28 races than you only picking 1 selection in a 3 mile handicap Chase……when you’ve been viewing no doubt all the threads on here, and have had account closures due to success?????

I missed this last night but was the video recorded to rewatch?

Reason were no doubt given for the selection but will this horse drop much from last years mark of 149, looks as though he is 144 currently but add uk tax it might be 147?

Does this horse also not look a doubtful stayer going by last seasons run and other races since, travelled like the winner before the front three powered clear (form superb now I know)

I hope it does the business for double figure punts but 7/1 looks short now.

Nope, the marks are calculated as at close of play on the 25th. Not unreasonable that they set them up on the 26th and have a reveal on the 27th.

I just think it opens up the opportunities for leaks and inside info. Which is something that was raised last year I believe with them being made available in certain sects of the BHA website before being made public.
