All the fancier prices have been taken after he ran the other day, but Lark in the Mornin is likely to get a very attractive mark once assessed. In comparison to his flat form which puts him around the 95/100 mark.

The money that came was a big clue to the likely intentions.

After finishing third from off the pace when the prominent runners were better placed, Paddy's and Skybet pushed him out to 25's and 20's for the race.
Immediately backed into 8's and 10's.

Hills have him priced up at 12-1 (13-1 boost) NRNB, which I think is only fair, but I've backed it anyhow.
Another that might have one more run before the festival so this could sway things mark and chances wise of course.

Been fucking about on the Irish Handicap ratings site all day
    Can you tell
Should really take up jogging or something, although way too cold for that at minute.

He's three pound lower now in Ireland 144 and got put up from 147-149 last year by UK handicapper. He's only 7 as well.
Is likely to run again though so might affect his mark and chances obviously.

I've backed both you've mentioned myself as they are solid options for anyone backing multiple horses in the handicaps. Which I generally do.
Yes it was me, just looked 25s on the 1st january..

        My Mate Mozzie......

"With the mark he has, the Grand Annual is a big option for him, but we'll see. He goes well fresh so I don't think he'll run again between now and Cheltenham."

Would his 1st start this season count tho towards a hcap mark? He fell at the 3rd last, is on my radar for the pipe as I remember Gordon mentioned 2m4 will be his trip this season

This was from Spectre a couple of days back:

Yes, one more run and he's qualified. I think Gordon has played a blinder with him. At the moment he'd get a mark in the mid 130's with maybe a bit of UK tax. It's hard not to like him.

The Cleeve would be a decent prep for the Pertemps imo - as long as he didn't win it.
