Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

    • Been looking at Boodles this week, and the race Saturday has cut up with just Lark in the mornin and Pacini from the bigger stables.

But noticed some money come for Salver who I think has a very lenient mark of 128 for a Grade 2 winner by 21 lengths showing certain stamina.

Moore may run him again in something like the adonis and ruin his mark but I think it worth a NRNB at 16-1 with cash out in case he opts to target this race. Be a more realistic option at this stage and then they could also go to aintree for the graded novice.

Yeah, not favoured by the weights either so be an interesting race, and the marks given after.

          • Lark In The Mornin will surely need to win to get in? Or a very close second.

Irish rated 118 at present, they wouldn’t tax him that much over here.

Yep, should be a proper race as they all look like they need to win.

He got a BHA mark of 120 when entered in a 2m4 handicap hurdle at Wetherby a week or so ago so he's bang on the cusp. Would've got in last year but not previous years before that - squeaky bum time...

                  • Aye he’s right the cusp as you say. So a good showing should be enough then to get in.

Not think Townend will fancy it? Not much in Ireland and a big prize.
When Lydia Hislop interviewed Willie Mullins at the D.R.F. , mentioned giving paul townend the week off ,
Don't know if that is literally a week off . .

Does seem to have been off all week to be fair. Back on Saturday and riding Allegorie De Vassy but I guess that could be easing back in rather than traveling to England.

That’s like having a week off and getting back to work and finding the auditors are in.

                              • ….bit of an odd one in Lads specials;

Masaccio to win Coral Cup 33-1

Can only think somebody has requested it ahead of a run tomorrow.
