Having missed it, I feel like there's a sweet spot just post-DRF where going against the grain can really work for you. Something I'll be considering next year from a price perspective.

Original rules were to place before Supreme and that it was a comparison between taking odds early and getting guaranteed runners.
Only two weeks ago I could have got 7/2 Ballyburn Ballymore, but forgot and have to take 4/7 now. I think it's really reasonable to do it now as you miss out on a lot but you gain on a lot as well.
