Sounds like they like him + his flat form looks pretty positive indeed. One to watch out for anyway, had a quick scan of the results for the juvenile maiden at xmas + Gordie doesn't often send a star to it- unless i'm missing one or two.

BURDETT ROAD given a 133rpr for Saturday.
Five of the last six Triumph winners hit a minimum of 141 after 2 runs according to Sax's stats.
If you completely ignore his Huntingdon run and use Cheltenham as his seasonal debut then he still only ranks joint sixth of the last 9 Triumph winners/
My view - for what it's worth -is that he's a loose cannon and is very hard to access.
He's a very slick hurdler some of the time and then he'll just walk straight through one or two.
Still pulled a bit on Saturday but he seemed a lot more tractable than at Huntingdon.
And to come from off the pace in that ground on Saturday and win by so far shows he has a load of talent.
But strikes me there will always be a touch of Goshen about him.
Certainly wouldn't want the mortgage on him - but he is very much the joker in the pack.

I do think BR is the best Triumph hope we have had for a few years
It does look like Gordon doesn’t have much as they usually run at DR if he has a good one ….so all eyes on Willie as usualFat Jockey Patron (est. Jan 2021)
