They already have teahupoo for the stayers at the moment, there's nothing stopping them running two in the race of course but up to now they don't seem like owners who are all about Cheltenham.
As long as teahupoo stays fit I think the big spring target will be the aintree hurdle. Probably the perfect trip for him at a track they know he likes.

Think you are right. Plenty of decent prizes to be picked up with Irish Point this year without even going to Cheltenham... unless he was to prove himself at the top level at 3m.
Owners are english and they mentioned it after the french champion, the racing manager has also said that cheltenham will be the long term target. French journos have reported on this too
