We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

The Crambo ride was towards the awful end of the scale imo and one that got a way for sure. Brace raced in the last 4 and was 3 wide for much of the race - I was pulling my hair out when they came past us with a circuit to go.
Anyway, I'm almost over it!
I think time will show Crambo to be the best horse in the race and I'm serious tempted to take the 33/1 as it's only available in one place. He isn't a million miles away from where Paisley Park was at the same stage in his career and hopefully connections are tempted by a step up in class next time out. It looks to be a very thin division so nothing to lose and everything to gain by pitching him in nto.
I'm in pretty much total agreement with you on this
Lisnagar oscar was well beaten in the same race in the same season as winning the stayers. so all is not lost in defeat especially in that manner.
for a first run over 3 miles they have to be happy.
I really hope they stick with the stayers plan, he'll probably get raised 4lbs for yesterday as the winner has usually got raised 6/7lbs.
Having been beaten by 2 very well handicapped irish horses, they surely know the same will likely happen in the pertemps.
get him in graded races, let him run on merit, a more prominent ride nto now they know he gets 3 miles.
Maries Rock
Paisley Park
Dashel
... and then three handicappers
I've been strongly opposed to backing a french horse at 4/1 - 5/1, but I can see why people have jumped onto it.... the division is purely terrible
I'll stay put for now, in hope something will pop out (not the french horse) and take this division

Personal preference. I'm not a fan of Mares over 3 miles (i'm sure someone will post "but... Dawn Run"... Maries Rock isnt a Dawn Run"
She's the rightful fav heading into the Long Walk next week, and likely winner...
I'm not saying she Not saying she cant win over 3 miles, just dont fancy her at this stage

Ok, fair enough.
I know she underperformed at the festival this year, but imo she’s been crying out for the step up for a while now.
Shes had 1 run at the distance beating a lot of experienced stayers and just found the champion stayer too good.
Big season this for her,and after more runs over 3m, i reckon we will see the best of her come March.
Jumped fine until the error.
If he’s simply not a chaser…… why is the supposed top trainer around, running him over fences?
Jumped fine until he was asked a question for the first time in the race. That's the difference. Jockey was always trying to be safe on him before which isn't enough in the top chase races. He's just not a natural chaser and probably never will be. No point forcing it. He's a brilliant Hurdler so just go back to what you are best at.

Not the Long Walk. That's the Long Distance hurdle at Newbury. Long Walk is at Ascot. Think West Balboa is going for that.
Long Walk winners have a very decent record running in the Stayers the same season.

Yep, I get your opinion and I’ve seen others say the same on here, and I’m not saying I disagree.
My question remains though.
As he's had plenty of chat just posting what Fergal said about yday(quite a few trainer snippets about various horses who have run/will run up on the Rp tonight). Fergal O'Brien

We wanted to see if he would get three miles after running very well at Aintree and I think he was the best horse in the race at Haydock on Saturday, but Donagh Meyler rode a very tactical race up front. It just wasn't our day and he did all his best work at the end, hitting the line very hard. Jumping the second last I thought we were in with a chance because he never knows when to give up, and while I was a little disappointed at the time, watching it back I'm very proud of him. He did brilliantly for us last year too and there's lots to look forward to with him.
