Proper stayer is Gerri. Still inclined to hope there's something more classy (GDC for example) in the GC. But I completely get the appeal.

Gerri was inconvenienced by Conflated jumping out to his left couple times as well, possibly have won a tad cosier had it not been for that. Especially the second last where he lost momentum and had to switch.

Well he did look like he will relish the extra distance, and he’s confirmed to any doubters that he was a real Gold Cup contender after getting beat in the BANC
