Hello Fat Jockeys,

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

    Find out Sunday
    He's in 3.

Wouldn't fancy him at all for the other 2.

Arkle or nothing for me. It's the only race he could win IMO. Maybe just about get away with any RH bias jumping fewer fences over minimum trip on easier track. Let him get out, do his thing, jump then silly and see if it's enough. Wins easy or pulled up.

Not sure I'd agree with your reasoning here
the old course is tighter, the fence on the turn notoruiously diffucult to jump as the horse jumps it turning on a left handed corner, a nightmare for a horse that jumps out to his right.

Rich disagrees with you. Reckon Willie might as well.

Haha, get on the exchange then, probably get 3 figures for the BANC, but yes technically you are correct.

Again, the point is, don’t want people parting with their money on what his owner says.

              • All ifs and buts, but what price do we see ginnys destiny Thursday morning if Grey dawning and Facile vega are lining up against him?

Reckon he will go off somewhere between 9/2-6/1

                  • Aye, Facile likely to go off fav. Wouldn't be surprised if both Grey Dawning and Iroko ended up shorter than Ginny as well.

                    • Interesting, I was thinking he will drift, he was a omission from my book for the race, then added at 11/4, tempted to cash out and re back and hope for a drift

Can see grey dawning being well backed if it's soft ground

He would've handily beaten ginny giving him weight if not walking through the 2nd last

Suspect him and facile could well end up joint favs

Iroko surely drifts on the day

He could go either way, with the obvious negatives. But JP and plenty of hype after decs and I could see him well supported.

If they have him back top dollar then he's a major player. It goes against one of my Cheltenham rules, backing one who was supposed to be out for the season, so I'm a bit conflicted. Probably going to leave him alone.

I'm going to replay the Golden Sun and Iroko double again tomorrow. A potential way to get involved in him cheaply.

Actually becoming a big fan to be honest.

                              • Gaelic Warrior barely jumped to his right in last years Ballymore. I've watched the race 3 times in the last fortnight.
Aside from the last 2 or three he was straight enough. And pretty quick.

Patrick did say he hung to his right and this might be the weak point, although I re watched to look at Patricks hands to see if he had his left hand brake on, and if anything he just seemed keen and this looked to my eye to be what probably made him fade a little up the hill, but even then he stayed on well enough, just nowhere near as well as IEP.

However, I wasn't sat on him and Patrick was.
But he also said Appreciate and Tullyhill felt like 3 milers in their novice season. And a lot of jockeys blurt out stuff immediately after the race that's not always factually accurate.
Maybe his arse is numb like mine after just sitting through Dune 2. Excellent film by the way.
