So that line could be in regards to the backend of the season, and not Cheltenham.

But unless we hear things from the main man himself.
You're best off ignoring anything else that is said.
I think he was talking without thinking and trying not to say much because he doesn't know much. Yet.
He will know before we will though, bless him

    • The two most exciting novice chasers in training are set for a showdown at the Dublin Racing Festival after Willie Mullins said he intends to let Gaelic Warrior clash with Marine Nationale in the Goffs Irish Arkle at Leopardstown on Saturday.

Another typically conclusive headline from the RP on a non-conclusive decision

          • That is exciting and another reason the DRF is getting closer to being the best festival we have.

Willie has nothing to lose ..... prize money at DRF counts for him in the trainers battle and if he wins, Cheltenham options open, if he loses he can also re-arrange his team to maximise the number of festival winners

            • I am starting to fall down on the side FTF will go for the Turners. He did jump a little out to his right at leopardstown, it would be a concern for me if he ended up following Gaelic Warrior as that might become a bit more exaggerated. I have him backed for both with equal returns, If Facile Vega & Gaelic Warroir end up in the Turners I'd much rather him run in the Browns.

              • What Ruby said after F2F Leopardstown win...

"Fact To File was a horse that maybe lacked a gear as a bumper horse and we thought he was an out-and-out stayer," Walsh summed up.
"But from what I saw today, he doesn’t need to go any further [than two miles and five furlongs] – he could even go a little bit shorter. He has loads of pace and jumping has made this horse a much faster horse.

"I’m not comparing him to Moscow Flyer or anything like that, but jumping made Moscow Flyer a faster horse. Jumping really is this horse’s forte and I’d be really impressed with him."

Mark Walsh when interviewed agreed with Ruby.

                • I’d like to see F2F go Turners too….think also best for such young horse

Not sure if Iroko potential run has influence ?

He will only go to the turner's if gaelic warrior runs in the arkle imo

Be next to no chance of both running unless fact to file gets soundly beaten at the weekend

                    • Looking at DRF betting Facile Vega is going to be stepped up in trip 5/2 now with PP

I'm not sure Iroko will have any impact at all myself

Jonjo Jr would surely ride and JP has no issue with more than 1 in a race

Yep and looks like Grangeclare West has lost a leg.

                          • This market fluctuation happened in last couple of years, particularly last season.
Opportunities no doubt but lots of risk.

Seem to remember appreciate it was heavily backed in the lead up to the flogas last season only to end up in the Irish arkle anyway

                                Yepp exactly that..

If the market movements coincide with your opinions then yeah follow them up with stake, but backing blind and just from the supportwould be very risky
