We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Decent debut for both Affordale Fury and Favori de Champdou. Favori will need further than 3m over fences so potential NHC horse or more likely the staying handicap chases. Affordale Fury needs to improve his jumping for Cheltenham but he's got a decent engine.

….bit of a mixed reaction to that win, Hills have cut to 12-1 BANC, 365 go 14-1 with a few firms trimming to 20-1.

Had similar conclusions. Favori jumped well for most of it and plugged on at the finish. Looks one for all the staying handicaps in the second half of the season. Affordale jumping would be a concern with regard Cheltenham, not just the mistakes but he is very low over the fences, flicking his front legs through several of them. Saying that can obviously improve and clearly has an engine the way he travelled through the race. Think he idled in front as he kept on again when he heard the hooves behind him.
It's a tough one to call. Respective fitness will probably win the day with potentially little between them. Plenty of Dan's have needed their first run. I'd say it's a watch for next time race.
Dan loves Grey Dawning, so he'll be looked after.

Yeah, I was wondering this... appears Dan over the last 1-2 years has started to push towards bringing his horses up to a big one, instead of trying to pick up summer winners
Be interesting to monitor. I've not been so quick to back his horses first time out this season, but keen to see how they fair as they progress through the season

It's a good pick-up opatcho. Dan has drastically reduced his summer runners, and doesn't buy horses that he thinks will be summer horses anymore. His horses have also been a little slower to start the last couple of season. Whilst he'll have winners, because good horses win sometimes even if they need the race (we saw that on Tuesday ), his horses will definitely improve. Usually they're trained and campaigned to be peaking either for a big seasonal target, or for when getting to the Spring Festivals.

A performance that I was particularly impressed with yesterday which might have gone a little unnoticed was the chase debut of Marble sands at ayr.
He jumped like a seasoned chaser, he travelled extremely well off a pretty quick tempo for the class of race, and a first time chaser could've been forgiven for making a mistake but he was excellent, I encourage anyone who hasn't yet watched this race to allow 5 mins to do so.
Will he be in the mix for cheltenham? it's possible from what he produced yesterday.
The 2nd and 3rd also making chase debuts will win races possibly nto.

Yeah, nice performance.
Cant see him priced up anywhere for Cheltenham?

He looked like he's going to better for fences for sure.
Are you going to watch more Irish racing this season though ??
