We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Fine thanks.
Was it the Poo Poo-ed thing ?
Have had man flu, but not diarrhea (verbal maybe )
Yeah the poo poo had me a little concerned, but it's probably your age.
Also I'd like you to know that I value your posts, whether they are comments to me or others, analysis or opinions, or shit just to make yourself laugh.
This isn't me taking a side, as i appreciate Saxon Warrior too.
He jumped the French hurdles easy/well enough which are bigger than our hurdles so Im hoping the transition isn’t as bad as James Du Berlais found it. I know JDB jumped those as well but have to give MP his chance.
You would have to think that if they weren’t confident enough they would have sent State Man or Impaire Et Pass? over fences and left him over hurdles for another season and a crack at the champion hurdle surely? He’ll likely have done some schooling by now, nobody can know how much of course.
Thats the positive spin I am putting on it
….Mr Policeman looked impressive when winning over the French hurdles last year.
Tough one for me as don’t have any cover (outside stayers) on him
Does anyone know what horses Willie has used this race for before?
Wonder if there is a clue to confirm his thinking re March target? In his stable tour, he specifically mentions Browns….tho know other people have diff views ….and obvious issue re Old course for a horse who jumps right

Believe that 2m3f race is one that Willie has farmed with 7 of the last 10 winners coming from Closutton.
Kilcruit
Asterion Forlonge
Faugheen
Haymount
Outlander
Valseur Lido
Champagne Fever
Sample of previous runners would make you lean towards the mid trip I suppose - thinking inside the box?

If he's a fast jumper turner's
if he's a slower jumper BANC
if he can't jump stayers
I'd say the latter is fav atm, given he likely wears a straight jacket in the horse box on the way to the track
Will take a brave/stupid jockey to be lined up on his inside at the first fence on Saturday

I’m starting to get niggling doubts about GW and where he’s going to go in the end. I really wouldn’t be surprised if Willie does a GDC on us and sent GW to the turners instead of the BANC. He said GDC was going the BANC originally then he rocked up in the Turners.
Looking Willies recent horses in this race it doesn’t fill you with loads of confidence about him going the BANC either:
2022 - Kilcruit (destined for turners before getting injured)
2021 - No Runner (Bob Olinger was to run but pulled out with a stone bruise, so Willie could have been avoiding him)
2020 - Asterion Forlonge - Turners (Won this)
2019 - Faugheen - Turners (Won this)
2018 - No decent runner (16/1 SP)
2017 - Invitation Only - Turners (Fell in this)
2016 - Haymount - BANC (Won this then up in trip)
Going back to 2013 Champagne Fever won it but dropped down to the Arkle
The distance is completely irrelevant. It’s the timing and prevailing ground. GW will run in the BANC if he goes to festival
Absolutely, he looks an out in out stayer to me. The race schedule is irrelevant now he would have run at Fairyhouse last week had it not been abandoned.
I imagine he’ll take on American Mike at Limerick in the Faugheen if Saturday goes well then the old Flogas at the DRF. He didn’t jump terribly pronouncedly right in the Ballymore, especially at the business end of the race he was virtually straight. Once Paul has him hugging the rail with something for cover out side him he’ll be fine. If he jumps well on Saturday I just can’t see anything that will match him engine wise. He has the equine equivalent of a big old V8 under the hood.
Just curious am I the only one that wants to see him jump well on Saturday purely as a result of not being able to cashout of my early BANC bets with Laddies when the Stayers was mooted or is anyone else in the Gaelic Warrior Chasing Fanclub?

He's one i won't be backing in any race at Cheltenham just because of his jumping right, I've took a stand and looking at it as his presence is giving me a better price on others. I accept i could end up with a lot of egg on my face !

He’s finished 2nd at the track two years running. Last year to an absolute weapon in what was the best novice race of the week for me. He’s improving race on race & provided he fences well this weekend I’m happy to be quietly confident of his chances!

I'm not doubting he's a good horse but I'd be worried about his jumping right being more exaggerated over fences than hurdles, if he can jump well and in a straight line he's a big player alright. It could be I'm still scarred by that boodles run and that's affecting my thinking !
