Just saw. May have some decent opposition but I like him. I think he will win it if entered and then go on to the Lawlors.

That 3m hurdle was mighty attritional. Showed just how bad the ground is. The second was all but pulled up after the last.

The way Chapeau picked up after his error 2 out in that ground makes out think he has some serious stamina.

Yep he was on my Albert Bartlett shortlist already and today has cemented that thought for me. Still 25 with hills and I think that’s very fair.

Looked the further he went the better and on bad ground. Bit concerning the comments about keeping him right as not easy to train from an ante post perspective though...

I was impressed with the performance of South of the Border first time out, particularly his jumping. And backed him for Supreme.
That was over 2m at Sandown.
Today hes back at Sandown but over 2 and a half.
Not sure how he will cope with conditions today but hoping for another nice performance.
Have added him for Ballymore this morning, with JDR and Willmount around i can see him quiet possibly being the trainers Ballymore horse.

I think this is a wise decision. I am going to do the same seeing as I got him priced up by pretty much every bookmaker for the race only the other day

His stamina will be tested by insurrection today, that’s for sure

I'm not sure I'd want the winner of that Sandown race for anything other than the AB. That race is not going to be a good indicator for the Ballymore in my opinion.
