      • After all the speculation and okey Cokey over the past few weeks, I’m exhausted. Can’t help feel that this last move is the definitive one

It Looks more driven by rumours around mystical than anything else.
Might even be smaller monies moving him about between races - making Ballyburn backers jump one way then another
Can totally see why this may have happened, as if he was intended for the BB like it appeared 2 days back.
            Now this looks doubtful info.

I just want to be able to write off the losses and get excited about what's left
He'll probably get a stone bruise and fuck it all up anyway.

            • All other horses Blue for Supreme. Just punters starting to back them in with assuming BB is the fav Ballyburn is going to? Or is something been said?

From memory didn’t Cheveley do a phone call live on at the races where they announced it? So at the minute it’s only fuelled by rumours I suspect

It would make an interesting Dec watching if nothing is said prior

                    • This whole thing is from bookies seeding the exchange to create FOMO. They started in a small way two years ago. Realised it was a great way of sucking money in, and did it successfully last year, and now it's happening all over again. Ballyburn can't win both races. so the more they can suck in on the other race the better their position.
Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

                      • Are we all used to referring to the 2m5f novice hurdle as the Baring Bingham yet? Good, it's now the Gallagher Novices Hurdle.

Don't look back in anger when your horse loses

Hahaha, I don't know why that's annoyed me so much this morning as well. I really need to go and have a lie down

The Baring Bingham Novices' Hurdle, the opening race on day two of the Cheltenham Festival, will be known as the Gallagher Novices’ Hurdle (Grade 1) for 2024.

Thought you were being facetious there. Apologies. The last two days seem like a parellel universe. What else can we expect?

And being called out rightly on social media while the mainstream media just looks the other way. And the mainstream media continuously calls out social media for misinformation and falsehoods.

No way we're going to see the media whores, journalists and ex jockeys, sway from the bookie sponsored party line though.

We can all take horses being injured but this continued farce pre festival is turning many off.
