Really nicely shows what a diverse bunch of individuals we are on here though!
Indeed we are. Can you apologise to them for my language also tell them I went to see him in Portsmouth on his my effin life tour and that Alex was his guest. Tell them I had to stop myself from blubbering

p.s go on you tube and watch the live in Cleveland version of working man (has to be that version) Three geniuses in their near 60s at the end of a three hour concert. It probably isn’t your cup of tea but it’s mind blowing nevertheless.

Apologies for derailing our CH mucous related naval gazing

"If it was any normal horse he wouldn't be running on Tuesday week, you'd leave him alone for a week or 10 days and bring him back and aim at something else."

Doesn't sound great to me. Nicky is expressing concern that he'll have him in tip top order. Whether he needs to be or not is another question.

          • Id have it well odds on he wont be running personally. Wouldnt be like Nicky to run him so close after having an issue, i just xant see him risking it

Yes he may well aim at Punchestown if they feel Cheltenham is too soon.
Guess the next few days will tell us.
That video told us nothing apart from he’s able to jog for a bit, although was great to see him doing some work.
                Fingers crossed!!

Guess like ourselves they can pick something up any time but would you think it’s coincidence or a reoccurring respiratory issue? Granted we can only go off what’s in public domain just want to gauge your opinion
No problem and glad my limited input is enjoyed (Oo err missus)
I think he's more susceptible to infections, the reason why I've no idea,I get maybe 1 cough or cold a year at the very worst, the missus gets anything & everything going, we're all different & horses are the same.
I expect CH to turn up but I'd really hope to see a few of the yards horses perform well over the next 2 weekends as they've surely had a virus go round, just hope we're at the tail end of things rather than in the middle of it.

Presumably driven by Nicky stating he won't run unless 100%. Suspect it will bounce back somewhat over the next few hours. Still sounds like any big development will come tomorrow.

It was a massive tongue in cheek comment from me . Chewing a bit of grass doesn't tell us much !

An obvious statement as well from Nicky. If course he wouldn't even bother trying to make the race if it were not the Champion Hurdle. Everyone is fully aware he's up against it but hopefully he'll get there. If anyone can do it Henderson can. Binocular.... Sprinter..... Altior... Shishkin

And see you then which you destroyed him for despite the fact he won 3 champion hurdles with a horse with glass legs.

Absolutely. If he can get him right every year then CH will be a doddle.

                              • Latest update is difficult to read as anything other than CH soon to be a non-runner.
